The mission behind The Sola Jewish Community Center, extends beyond the conventional boundaries of a synagogue building project.

Our mission is to build a community center.

But instead of “community center” perhaps a better word to use would be “Goodness Accelerator.”

A Goodness Accelerator of joy, acceptance, growth, and transformation. 

A Goodness Accelerator that is a beacon of positivity and inclusivity.

A Goodness Accelerator that invites everyone - married, single, Ashkenaz, Sephardic, observant, non-observant - not just to join, belong and thrive, but to encourage questions, promote constant learning, and foster deep, meaningful discussions about life’s profound ideas. 

A Goodness Accelerator that not only encourages people to have these kinds of meaningful discussions, but also gives people the resources to act on them. 

Our community members have found a new family in us; some even reshaping their lives around the Shul, trading material wealth for a life rich in experience, joy, and purpose.

In many ways, Sola is already a Goodness Accelerator. 

Our mission, therefore, is to build a new, larger Goodness Accelerator. 

A place not just to bring more joy, connection, and inspiration to more people, but also enables people to bring more joy, connection, and inspiration to more people.
